Let's plan on convening Christmas day at 3pm.
Plan on dinner being on the table at 4pm.
Gives us time to have desert/presents afterward without it being late.
Here are my thoughts on things for folks to bring:
- I purchased a turducken for dinner (ouch!)
- Cecil is making mac & cheese and yams
- If folks would like a second protein, I'm willing to do a herb-crusted beef tenderloin roast, but I won't say no if folks are willing to kick in on some of the additional cost (I priced them at Costco - they're running about $100.00), given that the turducken is well over $135+ by itself.
